What Is My Purpose?

I wish to know my purpose in life.

It is said that once you realize your passion you will find your purpose.

My passion is creating cakes. Making people happy.

Right now I know I am where I am supposed to be.

I haven’t made all good choices, but I know I am purposefully looking and focusing on making God proud.

Lord I ask you right now for clarity. I know I can’t always be led by my feelings and as of today I really don’t feel I have been.

I want to be sure my life, my job, my responsibilities…are lining up with what it is I’m supposed to be doing. Right now I’m making a cake for a coworker of my sisters who just got out of a car accident a few weeks or so ago. They were hit by a drunk driver. My daughter made it a point to remind us to continue to pray for them. I was so proud.

When you don’t realize what your kids learn and they are selfless with how they react to certain things. Priceless.

Thank you Lord that even though I am not perfect and still mess up you allow me to parent these kids and have them learn things from me still.
